My Story: YA''AT'EEH! MY GRANDPA DINE' WARRIOR'S STORY._________________ I Served in Vietnam as foot soldier, Tet Offensive 1968. and voluntold Platoon Tunnel Rat. Prior to volunteering to serve my country, to Honor my Native American Forefarher's and Ancestors. In our culture Honoring our Ancestors come's first. I hate war, and have been active in protesting unjustified War. Because of my Native American culture, I would have never lived down the shame I would bring to my ancestor's if I had not volunteerd to serve IN TIME OF NEED.. I would not have waited to be drafted. I am not a warmonger, and I respect the belief's of true Conciencious Objector's. They did what they felt proper to do, as I did what I had to do. The Great Spirit Grandfather brought me back alive. That is all I can say. I did nothing heroic while in the field of honor, I only did my duty. I hate all type of bigotry. I believe in being forthright about truth's. Bigotry comes in all colors. I am here on this site as part of my political science course of study. My grandpa Dine' warrior is my mentor which homeschooled me all my life, untill his illness became so bad He can no longer homeschool me. I have only been in puibic school for a few months prior to this Summer, in the fall I will be attending Highschool, be it by grace of the Great Spirit Grandfather. I am an activist along with my grandpa in pushing for respect for the military and their families, on issues such as their dependents being forced to live in rat and mice infested homes on the military bases all over America. I have been involved with my grandpa in political campaigns and conventions as long back as I can remeber since Five years of age. It is my hope to become and honest , humble and modest public servant to fight against injustice wherever it may be, and to give all I can of myself for America and Americans to come first above all We should not be the world welfare office to support Rogue Goverments which squeeze the blood of Americans by promissing to consider democracy for their war torn countries and exploited people by their regimes. Being a youth whom can not vote I endorse no one. My time can better serve for now helping build the party I have learned to love through my grandpa Dine' Warrior. God bless all here.
