NEW YORK—Today, April 18, Democratic National Committee Chair Tom Perez will address the National Action Network’s Annual Convention at the Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel. The weekend-long convention will bring together national leaders from the civil rights community to examine the state of the nation and the importance of organizing ahead of this year’s midterm elections.
