In response to the White House’s admission that President Trump is in fact discriminating against the Muslim community with its travel ban, DNC deputy communications director Adrienne Watson released the following statement:

“The White House just confirmed what the rest of America has known for a long time: Trump’s Muslim ban is, in fact, about Muslims. It is disgusting, fuels religious discrimination, is unconstitutional, and is not reflective of who we are as a country. We look forward to this statement being used as evidence in court.”
