Since 2025, the DNC National Training Department has trained over 24,000 Democrats from across the country through more than 250 individual training sessions.
In 2026 alone, the DNC National Training Department has trained over 16,000 current and aspiring campaign and party leaders, staff, and activists across the country and the world. Through this vast expansion of training and talent programs, the new DNC National Training Department is building and strengthening the Democratic Party infrastructure to ensure electoral success for years to come.

Post-Election Training Series with Arena with GAIN Power
Are you a campaign professional coming off of a campaign or state party job this cycle, and figuring out what’s next? The DNC National Training Team is partnering with Arena and GAIN Power to host a virtual Post-Election Training Series throughout November and December to support staff coming off of 2026 races through the job transition process. We’re here to help you navigate new opportunities within the Democratic ecosystem through skill building workshops, job search support, and networking opportunities.
DNC Talent Bank
The DNC Talent Bank is an effort to help state parties, campaigns, and other progressive organizations find the best applicants for a wide range of positions from field organizers to digital directors and communications staff. If you are interested in joining a state party or campaign this cycle, and in years to come, please fill out our questionnaire and submit your resume below. All levels of experience and fields of interest are encouraged to apply.
NextWave Regional Bootcamps
The NextWave Regional Bootcamp is a new, free training program that serves to strengthen the pipeline of the next generation of campaign and party staff, and prepare them to win races up and down the ballot for 2026 and beyond.
This year’s NextWave Regional Bootcamps have concluded, but additional trainings will be held in 2027.
