In response to the Trump administration asking the Supreme Court to overrule precedent that would hurt unions, DNC spokesperson Daniel Wessel released the following statement:

“Once again, President Trump has sided with special interests and wealthy corporations over American workers. By attacking the fundamental rights of American workers to organize and bargain collectively, Trump is further rigging the economy against working people. While Trump believes in only helping himself and those at the very top, Democrats believe that when unions succeed, American succeeds. And that is why we will keep fighting to make sure workers have a seat at the table and to secure the economic fairness that every worker deserves.”
