Trump’s First 500 Days Only Widen Gap Between Richest Americans & Everyone Else

In response to Trump’s first 500 days in office and a U.N. investigation that found his policies are deepening poverty in the United States, DNC spokesperson Daniel Wessel released the following statement:
“Long term, Trump’s policies have only widened the gap between the richest Americans and everyone else. Trump is not fighting for American workers, and he is not fighting for lower- and middle-class families. Instead, Trump is only enriching special interests, big corporations and people like himself. This is the legacy of Trump’s first 500 days in office, and deepening poverty in America will be a lasting impact of his presidency.”
