In response to Trump’s first 500 days in office and a U.N. investigation that found his policies are deepening poverty in the United States, DNC spokesperson Daniel Wessel released the following statement:

Trump is not fighting for American workers, and he is not fighting for lower- and middle-class families. Instead, Trump is only enriching special interests, big corporations and people like himself.
