DNC Chair Tom Perez issued the following statement urging Americans to visit www.HealthCare.gov to access quality, affordable health care and get covered for 2020:
“It’s the first day of open enrollment in the HealthCare.gov marketplace before the December 15 deadline. And we’re not going to let Trump’s sabotage stop us from shouting it from rooftops.
“Trump and Republicans have tried every way imaginable to lower enrollment, hide information, and keep Americans in the dark about their options to get covered. But Democrats believe health care is a right for all, not a privilege for the wealthy few. That is why we’re encouraging Americans everywhere to sign up for quality, affordable health care coverage. Enroll before it’s too late.”
