DNC Congratulates Robert White on His Victory in the District of Columbia’s Democratic Primary for Congress

The DNC congratulates Robert White on his victory in the District of Columbia’s Democratic primary for delegate to Congress. Democratic voters turned out to back candidates who are focused on lowering costs, protecting healthcare, fighting for every community, and delivering for working families.

In response to Robert White’s victory, DNC Chair Ken Martin released the following statement: 

“From working in the D.C. Office of the Attorney General and teaching at Georgetown University Law Center to serving on the city council since 2016, Robert White has dedicated his career to helping his neighbors throughout D.C. In Congress, he will fight for healthcare, affordable housing, good-paying jobs, public education, civil rights, statehood, and an economy that works for everyone.
