| As the first night of Hanukkah commences, DNC Chair Jaime Harrison and co-chairs of the DNC’s Interfaith Council, Dr. Carla Brailey and Sarah Levin, released the following statement: “The significance of Hanukkah has always been the strength of light in the face of darkness. As we emerge from a pandemic that tested our resilience, Hanukkah remains a message of hope that our communities and values will only grow stronger with each night. This year, our hearts are warmed that Jewish families across America will be able to come together and celebrate the miracle of the Festival of Lights. Hanukkah Sameach.” |
