LIE: Karoline Leavitt tried to brag about job creation under Trump.
FACT: But the latest data shows that job growth has slowed dramatically on Trump’s watch and is now 49% lower than the monthly average of the last four years.
LIE: Leavitt said prices were lower “across the board.”
FACT: Thanks to Trump’s reckless agenda, grocery and electricity prices are at record highs.
LIE: Leavitt claimed Trump was helping small businesses and that American companies were “bullish” on America under Trump.
FACT: But under Trump, business activity slowed to a 16-month low, while small businesses became the most pessimistic since 2020.
LIE: Leavitt claimed gas prices were down 7%.
FACT: A gallon of gas today is not only not down 7%, but Trump’s reckless agenda is actually threatening to push energy prices higher across the board.
LIE: Leavitt insisted that wholesale egg prices were falling.
FACT: Retail eggs prices remain at historic highs, climbing 60% higher than a year ago.
