Republican gubernatorial candidate Winsome Earle-Sears continues to stay silent as thousands of federal workers start to receive layoff notices, while hundreds of thousands more go without pay due to Trump’s Shutdown. Over 320,000 federal employees live in the Commonwealth, underscoring how devastating Trump’s mass-firing of federal workers is to Virginia families and the state economy.

Earle-Sears continues to defend Trump’s economic policies that are driving up inflation and unemployment in Virginia. In stark contrast, Abigail Spanberger will stand up against Donald Trump’s reckless actions as governor and fight to lower costs and create jobs throughout the Commonwealth.
