In response to Donald Trump parachuting into Virginia today after throwing Virginia’s economy into crisis, DNC Deputy Communications Director Abhi Rahman released the following statement: 

“Winsome Earle-Sears doesn’t care that Donald Trump has single-handedly thrown Virginia’s economy into crisis. She continues to defend Trump and his mass-firing of veterans in Virginia, who he has called ‘suckers and losers,’ and remains silent on her running mate’s racist, pro-Nazi social media posts. While Earle-Sears is focused on defending Trump and his billionaire backers at all costs, Abigail Spangberger is fighting to lower costs for Virginia families.”
