IN THE STATES: DNC Unveils Game-Changing Investments to “Organize Everywhere, Win Anywhere;” Continues to Fight Back Against Trump’s Worst Attacks

Yesterday, the DNC and ASDC announced a historic four-year agreement that will see the DNC invest a total of $1 million per month into all 57 Democratic state and territory parties as part of our “organize everywhere, win anywhere” strategy. Through the investment, the DNC is pouring more money into state parties than ever before, providing them with the necessary tools and resources to build critical Democratic infrastructure, turbocharge organizing operations, and secure down-ballot election wins — not just in the upcoming election cycles but for years to come.

On Wednesday, the DNC filed an opposition brief in the U.S. Supreme Court to block the RNC and Pennsylvania Republicans’ attempt to undermine the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s jurisdiction and end a long-standing law that ensures early voters with errors on their mail-in ballots are able to cast a provisional ballot in-person on Election Day. Make no mistake: Pennsylvanians deserve to have their voice heard and their vote counted, which is why the DNC is sparing no effort to stand up for Pennsylvania voters against Republicans’ attempts to disenfranchise them.

A U.S. District Court judge blocked key parts of Trump’s illegal executive order that attempts to suppress voters, upend voter registration systems, hand over sensitive information to DOGE, stop states from counting eligible mail ballots, and withhold federal election funding from dozens of states in the process after the DNC, other Democratic committees, and congressional leaders sued.

This week, in a 2-1 ruling, the North Carolina 4th Court of Appeals blocked the NC Board of Elections from forcing military and overseas voters to once again prove their identification, delivering a resounding loss for disgraced Judge Jefferson Griffin and Republicans’ ploy to overthrow an election. The court’s ruling is a victory for military and overseas voters who don’t deserve to have obstacles standing in the way of exercising their constitutional right to vote. As the case continues in federal courts, Democrats will keep defending North Carolinians from Republicans’ shameless attempts to undermine the will of the voters.

Also this week, Democrats continued to host “People’s Town Hall” events across the country, meeting voters where their Republican representatives won’t and keeping the drumbeat going on how Trump and Republicans are prioritizing billionaires over working Americans.

Meanwhile, another round of Republican-led town halls led to boos and jeers as constituents continue to press their Representatives on why they are choosing to stand by Trump’s out-of-touch agenda that puts their livelihood at risk.

While Trump and MAGA Republicans champion a reckless agenda that threatens to gut Medicaid for millions, slashes jobs, and wrecks our economy, Americans and businesses are left suffering from the fallout.
