Trump Loyalty Test Promises to Cost GOP Votes

Yesterday, Donald Trump threw down yet another gauntlet for the Republican Party, promising that his supporters won’t come out to vote in 2022 or 2024 unless Republican officials kiss his ring and embrace his reckless lies about the 2020 election. For years, Republicans have indulged Trump’s baseless claims, incompetent leadership, and dangerous extremism, and they continue to reap the consequences of handing over their party to Trump.
