Thanks to President Biden’s Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, every state in America is now on track for much-needed investments in securing clean drinking water for all Americans. Currently, up to 10 million American households and 400,000 schools and child care centers lack access to safe drinking water. That’s why the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law will expand access to clean drinking water for households, businesses, schools, and child care centers all across the country.

Over the last few days, local news outlets from Wyoming to Massachusetts highlighted how the deal will invest in water infrastructure and eliminate lead service pipes all across the country — from rural towns, to large cities, to Tribal Nations and disadvantaged communities that need it most.
