The United States is a nation of immigrants. Since its founding, America has been forged by the generations of people who have chosen us to seek opportunity and a better life. The work ethic, dreams, traditions, cuisines, and cultures they brought with them have strengthened our nation. Their stories are diverse, but each shares a singular love for their chosen home.
The Biden-Harris administration and the Democratic Party know that diversity is our strength. Whether you arrived here this year or your family has been here for centuries, we will fight for you. We will address the everyday needs of every American — no matter their background or heritage. This Immigrant Heritage Month, we honor the immigrants that built this nation and we recommit to forging a better future, together.
