DNC Chair Jaime Harrison and DNC Interfaith Council Co-Chair Nadia Ahmadreleased the following statement in celebration of Easter:
“Today, we wish Christians across the country a happy Easter. As Christians remember the story of Jesus Christ’s death and resurrection – a story of hope, faith, sacrifice, and renewal – we are reminded that with faith and love all things are possible. On behalf of the Democratic Party, we hope all who are celebrating have a happy and blessed Easter.”
