Chris Christie tried to push an extreme and dangerous immigration agenda on America during his last failed run for president.

During Christie’s last failed presidential campaign, he called for tracking human beings like FedEx packages. 

CNN: “Chris Christie said Saturday that if elected president, he will track immigrants who overstay their visas like FedEx packages.”

Despite a majority of Americans agreeing a pathway to citizenship was a reasonable idea, Christie opposed it and called it too “extreme.”

The Hill: “‘That’s an extreme way to go,’ Christie said Monday night in an interview on Fox News’s ‘The Kelly File.’ ‘I don’t believe that’s the way to go and I don’t believe that’s where the American people are.’”

Gallup: At least three in four Republicans (76%), independents (85%) and Democrats (91%) favor a path to citizenship for immigrants living in the U.S. illegally who meet certain requirements over a period of time.
