Today, the Biden-Harris administration announced that federal student debt will be wiped out for certain borrowers who are enrolled in SAVE, the new income-driven repayment plan, who received less than $12,000 in federal loans and have been paying off their balances for at least 10 years. This is just the latest action from President Biden, who is committed to giving borrowers breathing room and providing relief to as many borrowers as possible.
