This week, President Biden and Vice President Harris traveled to Philadelphia, PA to launch Black Voters for Biden-Harris; the campaign’s national organizing program to bolster its ongoing historic investments in outreach to the backbone of the Biden-Harris coalition – Black voters. There, President Biden and Vice President Harris underscored the importance of Black voters and emphasized how the Biden-Harris administration is championing policies to support and empower Black communities.
