In Arizona this week, the DNC kicked off its When We Count voter registration fellowship, our largest ever on-the-ground voter registration initiative and the first time the DNC has done on-the-ground voter registration in a midterm year. The DNC will train hundreds of young supporters to register tens of thousands of new voters and close critical voter registration gaps in priority congressional districts. The first 20 fellows in Arizona are being onboarded this week, with 50 fellows trained and on the ground by mid-May.
