In response to reports that the Trump administration has failed to reunite 559 immigrant children with their families, DNC Hispanic Media Director Enrique Gutiérrez released the following statement:

“Children continue to endure physical and psychological trauma from being separated from their loved ones, while Donald Trump and his administration continue to drag their feet on putting an end to this disastrous and inhumane policy. Their actions continue to demonstrate to the Latino community that they have no intention of terminating their anti-immigrant agenda, and this November, Americans will elect Democrats who will hold them accountable.”
