“Ted Cruz's trip should not be mistaken for outreach to the Jewish community. He is in Las Vegas for one reason: to grovel for Sheldon Adelson's campaign cash. Seventy-two percent of Jewish voters have a negative view of Ted Cruz, and for good reason. From his attempts to take healthcare away from millions of Americans, to his defending a pastor who said Hitler had a divine mission to ‘hunt’ Jews, to a reckless and uninformed foreign policy that makes America and our allies less safe, Ted Cruz is completely out of touch with the values of the Jewish community.”
