You are receiving these instructions because you have been invited to attend a Maryland Democrats rally with President Biden at the Leonidas James Physical Education Complex – Bowie State University on November 7th at
1400 Jericho Park Rd, Bowie, MD 20715.

Location and Parking Information:

Parking is available on campus parking lots. However, drop offs and carpooling are encouraged to expedite processing through security.
Please note parking will not be available for the general public in Lots H, I, J.

Lot H is reserved for ADA parking. ADA participants will be directed to the ADA section once inside the building.

Arrival Time: 

Doors for the event will open at 4:00 pm and access will be granted on a first come first serve basis. Please arrive to allow time for road closures, traffic, and airport-like security processing.

Guests who arrive at the security checkpoint after 6:00 pm may not be admitted to the event.

Security: 

Once on site, United States Secret Service will conduct airport-style security screening and only screened guests will be granted access to the event. All guests should be prepared to show a government-issued ID for entry.

The following items will not be permitted:

• Any bags larger than small clutch purses or wallets
• Posters or signs
• Umbrellas
• Metal water bottles
• Knives, firearms, weapons, and otherwise sharp or dangerous objects
• Any other items deemed hazardous by the United States Secret Service
