One thing is clear as state parties and local leaders spent the past week touting the benefits of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law: Democrats are on offense. From New Hampshire to Michigan to Arizona, President Biden, cabinet officials, and state parties continued to speak directly to Americans about how the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law will create good-paying jobs, modernize our roads, bridges, and public transit, replace lead water pipes and service lines, improve access to high-speed internet, and so much more.
