WASHINGTON –Democratic National Committee Chair Debbie Wasserman Schultz issued the following response to Donald Trump’s comment that the President “continues to prioritize our enemy over our allies, and for that matter, the American people”:  

“This is a disgusting and outrageous allegation by Donald Trump. Trump’s comments aren’t just factually wrong and unproductive, they’re deeply divisive at a time when we should be united in common cause against terrorism, and they’re outright dangerous to our national security. He should immediately apologize.”
