DNC Chair Jaime Harrison released the following statement on the news the Biden administration has administered over 100 million vaccine doses 42 days ahead of schedule: 

“President Biden’s ability to administer over 100 million vaccine doses weeks ahead of his 100-day timeline is a testament to his leadership in combating the coronavirus. President Biden has been able to deliver on his promise ahead of time because from day one of his presidency, he has taken this virus seriously, listened to the experts, and made decisions to keep families safe.

“We still have a ways to go in defeating this pandemic, but one thing is clear to the American people: help is here. Because of the hard work of President Biden and Democrats on the American Rescue Plan, every day more and more Americans receive the vaccine, and across the country families are getting checks.”
