In response to Congress voting to terminate Trump’s fake national emergency declaration, DNC Deputy War Room Director Daniel Wessel released the following statement:

“Trump abused his power by going around Congress and stole from our military in order to fund his unnecessary border wall. He put his ego ahead of our Constitution, our national security, and the American people. It’s time for Trump to end his reckless quest to fund a vanity project he promised Mexico would pay for.”
