DNC Chair Jaime Harrison released the following statement after Republican Senator Roger Wicker tried to take credit for restaurant relief in the American Rescue Plan, a bill he and every Republican Senator voted against:

“Republicans have no shame. They voted against critical relief for the American people during a national crisis. Now they’re trying to take credit for it? Heck no.”
