In response to the Trump administration releasing a national testing strategy, DNC Deputy War Room Director Daniel Wessel released the following statement:

“Trump’s out to lunch. His latest proposal would allow states to test only 2% of their residents for coronavirus — a massive adjustment from his previous promise that anyone who wants a test would be able to get one. His failure to implement an adequate national testing strategy will only further delay the re-opening of our economy. To get America back to work, Trump must first fix the testing shortage he created.”
