In response to Chris Christie’s CNN town hall, DNC spokesperson Ammar Moussa released the following statement:

“We’ve known for years that Chris Christie is all bark but the fact is – before, during, and after he was in Trump’s administration – he was a loyal champion of Donald Trump’s MAGA agenda, and tonight echoed policies that would deliver on Trump’s plans to cut Social Security and Medicare. In his quest for power, Christie will say anything, with quite a bit of revisionist history, to spin the American people. Unfortunately, the only thing worse than forcing the American people to endure another failed Chris Christie presidential campaign is that now his record is even MORE extreme than it was the last time.”
