“Today, the good people of Ohio made their voices heard and stood up for their freedom by voting to enshrine reproductive justice into the state constitution. Voters from all backgrounds came together to reject MAGA extremism and protect a woman’s freedom to make her own health care decisions. Americans want more rights, not fewer. This victory for reproductive rights only further cements how deeply unpopular Republicans’ extreme anti-abortion agenda is nationwide – which every single GOP candidate is running on in 2024.”
