In celebration of Thanksgiving, DNC Chair Ken Martin released the following statement:

“Every Thanksgiving, we come together to express our gratitude and reflect on what we’re thankful for. As we spend time with friends, family, and community — sharing food, catching up, and watching football — we are reminded of what the American spirit truly is: hard-working, grateful, and strong. We take care of each other in tough times, like many are facing right now in this economy, and we show up for our neighbors.
