ICYMI: DNC Ramps Up Pressure on Vulnerable Republicans With Digital Ad Campaign Demanding Release of Epstein Files

On Friday, the DNC launched new digital ads targeting spineless House Republicans who shut down Congress and fled D.C. in an attempt to avoid a vote on releasing the Epstein files. The DNC’s new ads are airing across several digital platforms — including conservative spaces — urging constituents across the country to call their representative and demand the release of the Epstein Files. Americans deserve leaders who will govern with full transparency, not bend over backwards to hide the truth. The DNC is holding Republicans accountable for protecting the rich and powerful — including Donald Trump himself.

Take a look at some of the coverage:

On Broadcast:

On MSNBC: “A new move by Democrats looking to seize on the growing discord among Republicans over the administration’s handling of the Jeffrey Epstein files, the DNC plans to run YouTube and Meta ads for five days in districts of 11 Republicans believed to be vulnerable in next year’s midterms…”

On CNN: “Democrats are on a mission to keep the Jeffrey Epstein scandal in the spotlight throughout Congress’ August recess. According to Axios, the DNC is buying ads like this in 11 vulnerable Republican districts. ‘This is a serious issue. The highest volume of calls into my office have been about Epstein.’ There’s also this one accusing Republicans of covering up the Epstein files. The DNC says it is a five-figure ad campaign…”

Mediaite: JUST IN: DNC Targeting House GOP in Epstein Files Ads Featuring Marjorie Taylor Greene

[Colby Hall, 7/25/25]

“The Democratic National Committee is launching a sharp-edged digital ad campaign targeting several House Republicans for what the party claims is a coordinated effort to ‘shut down Congress to bury the truth’ about the Jeffrey Epstein files.

“The campaign, which Mediaite has learned is part of a digital-only media buy, appears to be aimed directly at conservative audiences — running brief, punchy pre-roll spots before YouTube videos from figures like Ben Shapiro, Charlie Kirk, and even Fox News’s YouTube channel. It’s a strategic attempt to meet right-leaning voters where they already are online, while also framing GOP leadership as actively obstructing the public’s right to know about Epstein’s ties to powerful figures.

“There are currently two versions of the ad live on the Democrats’ official YouTube page. One features footage of Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, who is shown saying, ‘This is a serious issue,’ and later adds, ‘The highest volume of calls into my office have been about Epstein.’ That soundbite is followed by stark on-screen text: ‘Republicans shut down Congress to bury the truth,’ and a call to action: ‘Call your representative. Demand they release the Epstein files.’”
