ICYMI: New DNC Numbers Reveal Organizing Was Central to 2025 Blue Wave

As highlighted today in NewsNation, Democratic organizing efforts fueled Tuesday’s Blue Wave. Across New Jersey, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and California, Democratic coordinated campaigns recruited and trained over 17,000 volunteers, knocked on over 2.5 million doors, made over 8.5 million phone calls, and sent over 17 million texts. This massive organizing blitz was partially made possible by historic investments by the DNC into key states, totalling over $6.5 million across New Jersey, Virginia, and Pennsylvania.

With Tuesday’s wins, Democrats have now won or overperformed in 219 out of 247 races (90%) since Trump was inaugurated, underscoring the momentum behind Democrats up and down the ballot.

Key Point: “Ahead of this month’s election, the DNC says that it trained more than 17,000 volunteers who, in totality, knocked on 2.5 million doors, made more than 8.5 million phone calls and sent more than 17 million text messages.”
