IN THE STATES: In Blue, Purple, and Red States Alike, Dems’ Agenda Aims to Improve Lives While MAGA GOP Project 2025 Agenda Takes Extremism Further

State Democrats are ringing in the new year with a full slate of agenda items and priorities to better the lives of the American people heading into the 2025 legislative sessions. From red states to purple states to blue states – with proposals to expand IVF protections, restore abortion access, cut health care costs, and ensure that public schools are fully funded – Democrats are proving once again that our agenda is aimed to better the people and communities that need it the most. Across the country, Democrats are also gearing up to combat Trump and MAGA Republicans’ extremism by pushing legislation that codifies and strengthens Americans’ rights and freedoms.
