MAGA Hot Mic: New Hampshire GOP Senate Nominee Don Bolduc

Today’s MAGA Hot Mic honor falls on New Hampshire GOP Senate nominee Don Bolduc.

Don Bolduc called aspects of a procedure millions of women rely on for in vitro fertilization (IVF) “a disgusting practice.”

Vanity Fair: “Republican Senate candidate Don Bolduc called the disposal of embryos for in vitro fertilization ‘a disgusting practice’ and didn’t rule out supporting a national ban on the procedure, during a campaign event earlier this week, according to an audio recording obtained by Vanity Fair.”

Sadly enough, that is simply the beginning of Bolduc’s abortion extremism. Bolduc recently said that “as a man” he believes that reproductive decisions should “belong to these gentlemen right here…who are state legislators.”

HuffPost: “New Hampshire GOP Senate nominee Don Bolduc told supporters this week that he thinks the future of abortion rights ‘belongs’ to Republican ‘gentlemen’ state lawmakers, who he claims know best how to give women a voice on their reproductive rights.”

Independent: “A Republican Senate nominee told supporters that women’s reproductive choices belong to lawmakers at the state level. Don Bolduc, the GOP Senate candidate for New Hampshire, made the controversial remarks at a town hall on Wednesday in Auburn.”

Bolduc’s response to Granite Staters’ concern over the threat of a national abortion ban? Women should “get over it.”

Boston Globe: “On abortion, NH Republican Senate challenger has a message: ‘Get over it’”

Let’s be clear, individuals and their doctors should be making decisions regarding their own reproductive health – not lawmakers. There is no place in New Hampshire or the country for Don Bolduc and the Republican Party’s dangerous, anti-choice agenda.
