This week, the DNC War Room released a new television ad, “Infecting Us,” that hits Trump for holding potential superspreader campaign rallies that threaten to worsen the spread of coronavirus in Pennsylvania instead of coming up with a plan to slow the spread of the virus and save lives.

The new ad follows Trump’s Tuesday rally in Erie. Part of a six-figure buy, the ad will air starting on Wednesday in the Erie media market.

“Pennsylvanians are struggling through crisis after crisis, from a worsening pandemic to a crumbling economy,” said DNC Chair Tom Perez. “But instead of getting to work and helping Pennsylvania families, Donald Trump is behaving like nothing’s wrong. He doesn’t have a plan to save Pennsylvanians’ lives and livelihoods — he’s too focused on helping himself. More than ever, we need competent, decisive leadership in the White House. That’s why Pennsylvanians across the state are going to, making a plan to vote, and choosing to build back better with President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris.”
