A new poll shows that a majority of Americans oppose Kavanaugh’s confirmation, and opposition is highest among those most enthusiastic about voting in November.

Opposition to Kavanaugh continues to grow:

• 51% of Americans oppose Kavanaugh’s confirmation to the Supreme Court, up 12 points over the past month.

• Among registered voters who consider themselves “very enthusiastic” to participate in the midterm elections, Kavanaugh is even more unpopular, with 58% opposing his confirmation.
