NEW POLL: Vast Majority Of Americans Know There Is No National Emergency

A vast majority of Americans know there is no national emergency at the border. Trump himself said, “I didn’t need to do this.” Now, the attorneys general of 16 states and counting are holding Trump accountable for his fake national emergency.
A majority of Americans know there is no national emergency and disapprove of Trump’s declaration.

More than 60% of Americans, including 63% of independents, disapprove of Trump’s national emergency.

58% of Americans don’t think there is a national emergency.

57% of Americans think Trump is misusing his presidential powers by declaring a national emergency.
Now, the attorneys general of 16 states and counting are holding Trump accountable for his fake national emergency.
Washington Post: “A coalition of 16 states filed a federal lawsuit Monday to block President Trump’s plan to build a border wall without permission from Congress, arguing that the president’s decision to declare a national emergency is unconstitutional.”
NBC News: “Democratic leaders said Friday that they would use ‘every remedy available’ to challenge President Donald Trump’s declaration of a national emergency in an effort to circumvent Congress and fund his wall along the U.S.-Mexico border.”
Trump is not even bothering to maintain his charade, and golfed three days in a row after declaring a fake national emergency.
