Former Vermont Governor and DNC Chair Howard Dean released the following video announcing his support for the reforms passed by the DNC’s Rules and Bylaws Committee, including changes to the presidential nominating process. Dean led the DNC from 2005 to 2009, during which time Democrats won back the House, Senate, and White House.
