Ryan: “The name of the game on the debt and deficit is entitlements.”

McCarthy: “The only way you’re going to solve the debt is to grow this economy and do something about the entitlements.”

Kudlow: “As far as the larger entitlements, I think everybody’s going to look at that probably next year… We have to be tougher on spending.”
