As the White House continues to lie, Americans know the truth and oppose Trump’s cruel family separation policy. When Trump and Republicans meet today, they’ll have to decide whether to join Democrats and the vast majority of Americans in supporting legislation to keep families together, or to continue pushing their anti-immigrant agenda.

New polls reveal that Americans oppose the Republican Party’s anti-immigrant agenda:

• 66 percent of Americans disapprove of Trump’s curel policy of separating children from their families.

• Almost 80 percent of Americans – including a majority in every group polled – support continuation of the DACA program, which Trump ended.

• American voters also support by over a 5-to-1 margin (79 – 15 percent) creating a path to citizenship for Dreamers.

• A majority of voters also oppose building Trump’s border wall.

• 59 percent of Americans disapprove of Trump’s handling of immigration, more than any other issue.
