July 12, 2022
Let there be no mistake — Republican leaders like South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem and Texas Senator Ted Cruz have made it clear that they support abortion bans with zero exceptions for rape or incest.
Here are just some of the GOP-led states with abortion bans, already in effect or soon to be, that do not allow rape victims to make their own health care decisions:
- Alabama
- Arizona
- Arkansas
- Mississippi
- Missouri
- South Dakota
- Tennessee
- Texas
- West Virginia
Lest we forget, Republicans leaders have gone on the record defending their cruel abortion bans with no exceptions.
