In a new interview with Tucker Carlson, RFK Jr. touted his new position on Trump’s transition team and alluded to being considered as a running mate for Trump. This comes amid new reporting that he illegally sawed off a dead whale’s head, bungee corded it to the roof of his minivan, and drove five hours home with, “whale juice [pouring] into the windows of the car.”

In response, DNC Senior Advisor Mary Beth Cahill released the following statement: 

“In the four days since he endorsed Trump, RFK Jr. has spent his time tweeting about chemtrails and dodging questions about illegally sawing off a dead whale’s head. Normal candidates would run from a surrogate like this, but desperate men do desperate things. In Trump’s case, that means inviting RFK Jr. to join his transition team to help identify possible administration personnel. For anyone who had concerns about the first Trump administration being too extreme, RFK Jr. being anywhere near a second Trump admin should terrify you.”
