Kellyanne Conway said Trump empowers women, but Trump is fighting to end the entire ACA, which would bring a return to the days when insurers could charge women more and did not have to cover maternity care. Trump issued a regulation allowing employers to opt out of a requirement to offer no-cost contraception coverage under the ACA, and he has repeatedly sought to limit access to abortion and rescinded Obama-era campus sexual assault guidelines.
