Communities and activists across the country are calling on the Trump administration to immediately end the inhumane policy of separating up families at the border and detaining children. Trump’s policy has led to more than 2,500 children being seperated and, despite his executive order, thousands of families remain separated with no information on when they will be reunited. If Republicans were serious about ending the humanitarian crisis at the border, they would support clean and permanent legislation to undo it – such as the Keeping Families Together Act in the Senate and the House.
