White House Says Coronavirus Will Disappear Like A Miracle As More Than 1,000 Americans Die A Day

The Trump administration continues to downplay the coronavirus, suggesting it will disappear like a miracle, even as more than 1,000 Americans continue to die a day.

Pence said “there is a miracle around the corner.” Trump said the same in February, now we have the most cases and deaths in the world.

Trump in February: “It’s going to disappear. One day, it’s like a miracle, it will disappear.”

Over 1,000 Americans died yesterday, but Trump said we’re in the “closing moments of the pandemic” and the coronavirus is “nearing its final term.”
